Secondary Interhouse Athletics Carnival

Secondary students competed in the Interhouse Athletics events. It was pleasing to see the students who tried their hardest and gave their best effort in the events. On the Thursday hurdle events, 1500m and one round of field events were completed leaving Friday to finish all events , relays and the ever popular House Tug-of-War. With results still be checked and finalised Age Champions will be announced on Assembly. Overall Archie won the Girls competition and Black won the Boys competition. I have it on good authority that Black House has actually won the Boys Interhouse Athletics for the past 10 years.  Come on Bacon and Dickson.......start training now for 2013! Keesha Whyte had the most  individual points for a female athlete while Darcy Ginns-Larkin was awarded the most individual points for a male athlete.
